That's why we are looking for you to join our Cologne team as a:

Sales Assistant for our Country Managers with Italian knowledge (m/f/d) in Full-time

• Support our Country and Sales Managers in all operational and strategic tasks
• Analysis of key sales figures, creation of reports, analyses, and statistics as well as the derivation of corresponding options/recommendations for action
• Independent quotation preparation and order processing
• Checking and processing customer enquiries, customer contracts and customer complaints in our CRM system
• Supply chain tracking and coordination in cooperation with our corporate headquarters in China
• Sample dispatch, control and tracking for our product samples
• Support of an own, predefined base of key-account customers

• Very good language skills in Italian; German is a plus but not necessary
• Good knowledge of English
• Completed business studies - career changers are also welcome
• (Initial) professional experience in a comparable position desirable, but not an exclusive criterion
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in using a CRM system (Salesforce)
• Independent work based on priorities and deadlines
• Very good organizational skills
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, perseverance and assertiveness
