Sales Manager Bearing France & Benelux (m/f/d)

The company develops and manufactures a wide range of bearing products for automotive and industrial applications and is committed to providing its customers with first-class high-performance bearings.
C&U Europe, a subsidiary of the C&U Group, has been active in the European market since 2012 and opened a Technology Center in Germany end of 2019.
For our Sales team in France & Benelux, we are looking for a Sales Manager Bearings (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Establishment and expansion of a customer network
• You actively manage relationships with your contact persons and build new sustainable customer relationships in order to develop further growth potential
• You define the requirements for the products together with the customers - in cooperation with the C&U Technology Centre
• You handle both the operative day-to-day business with your contact persons and you are the main contact person for all customer issues
• You will be involved in the preparation of business plans and will be responsible for the fulfilment of the targets for your area
• Individual preparation of offers and price negotiation
• Representing the company at trade fairs, networking events and conferences

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable technical studies)
• Profund professional experience as a Sales Manager in bearing industry is a must
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills in French and English, German would be a plus
• Willingness to travel
