As a salesperson, you will support our customers and projects worldwide. You will visit our existing customers directly at the tunnel construction site or in the branches and won’t mind occasionally seeing a tunnel boring machine in action.
During presentations of our system solutions at the customer’s site, via video conference, as well as at trade fairs and conferences, you can share your enthusiasm with your audience and convey new product information to them.
In coordination with the technical departments and sales management, you will organize, negotiate, and track offers in your sales region. Acquiring new customers in existing and new business fields comes easily to you.
You quickly familiarize yourself with a complex product world and skillfully tailor it to the project requirements of your customers. You will gather new customer requirements for the further development of our products and be the voice of your market for our product experts.
Tunnel construction requires teamwork, and so you will always be connected with your sales colleagues around the world as well as the project engineers and never left to your own devices.
Completed degree in a technical field, such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, surveying, or a focus on technical sales; alternatively, a completed commercial or technical training.
Initial experience in the sales of complex hardware and software solutions as well as IT-based technologies.
Ideally, an existing network within the construction industry.
High motivation, enjoyment of travel, and interest in other cultures.
Solid knowledge of using the MS Office package, especially Excel.
Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
