Arbeitsbeschreibung - Research Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in Rostock

Your Responsibilities

One year contract with the possibility of extension

Hands-on laboratory support in Establishment/Validation of new methods in accordance with international guidelines such as ICH M10
Protocol-compliant processing of biological samples (incl. creation of buffers and solutions)
Handling of Liquid Chromatography Mass spectrometers (LC-MS) and Fluorometers
Documentation according to Quality Management requirements
Maintenance of the Lab and diverse equipment
Office work: review of work instructions and similar documents

Your profile

Finished vocational training as laboratory technician (biology, chemistry or similar) or degree (Bachelor) in Chemistry or Biology
Handling of pipettes and human specimens
Experience in performing biochemical assays
Optional: Experience with ELISA, Liquid Chromatography based assays etc.
Knowledge of handling reagents and consumables in a laboratory environment
