Your Mission: 

Inspire, connect, and guide young people and their families as they plan life-changing study abroad adventures. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Proactively sales and advising of our High School exchange programs (by phone, online, and in person) 

• Organising consultations, events, fairs, and school visits 

• Nurturing leads, building relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals 

• Representing CAMPS at educational events across Germany 
  
  

What You Bring: 

You are a true communicator, motivator, and achiever with a love for travel and education. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience (ideally in consultative or educational sales) 

• German as your native language, and good English skills (additional languages are a plus) 

• Strong communication and closing skills – results-oriented and empathetic 

• Structured, independent, and solution-focused work style 

• Experience abroad is a great plus but not required
