At dormakaba, you will play a key role in strengthening our global sales organization through impactful training, coaching, and sales excellence initiatives. As a trusted partner to Sales Leaders and field teams, you will develop sales capabilities, optimize processes, and drive sustainable commercial performance across international markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver sales training programs, workshops, and onboarding initiatives for international sales teams.


• Coach and mentor Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to improve sales capabilities and performance.


• Lead sales optimization sprints and support the global adoption of dormakaba’s sales methodology.


• Develop and continuously enhance training concepts, sales enablement content, and learning materials.


• Analyze sales KPIs and CRM data to identify improvement opportunities and implement actionable measures.


• Support CRM standardization, sales process optimization, and commercial excellence initiatives.


• Provide coaching and guidance during complex sales processes to improve execution and customer engagement.


• Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders, Country Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and the Global Sales Excellence team.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, sales training, sales enablement, or commercial excellence.


• Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence international audiences.


• Experience designing and delivering training programs in a global environment.


• Good understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and performance management.


• Experience in change management is an advantage.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; equivalent professional qualifications or comparable professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. 


• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.


• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%).
