As a (Junior) Sales Manager (d/w/m) you will play a key role in our legendary sales team and help make plancraft the number 1 SaaS solution for contractors!
YOUR MISSION WITH US
360° deployment: As an important member of our sales team, you will take care of a large part of the sales cycle - essentially:
Inbound Sales: You process incoming leads, give product presentations and understand what our new customers really need
Driving digitalization: You ensure that plancraft becomes the leading trade software in Europe and is the standard in every business
KPI watch: In sales, we are naturally driven by our KPIs, and you will also keep a constant eye on them and thus contribute to plancraft's steady growth
Salary: The salary for this position is between €40,000 - €65,000 gross per year, depending on your previous experience. You will also receive an uncapped commission.
Degree in business administration, commercial training or comparable and initial experience in sales or start-up environment
You are really keen to accompany the trade into the digital age with the help of plancraft
You enjoy sales and the daily contact with different people makes you happy
You believe that sales are not just based on numbers, but on real relationships
Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting and strong communication skills
The ability to work in a team is your middle name
Experience in working with web applications #Cloud, especially CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and project management (Asana, Jira, Zendesk, ...)
German (very good) || English (conversational)
