As a (Junior) Sales Manager (d/w/m) you will play a key role in our legendary sales team and help make plancraft the number 1 SaaS solution for contractors!

YOUR MISSION WITH US
360° deployment: As an important member of our sales team, you will take care of a large part of the sales cycle - essentially:

  • Inbound Sales: You process incoming leads, give product presentations and understand what our new customers really need
  • Driving digitalization: You ensure that plancraft becomes the leading trade software in Europe and is the standard in every business
  • KPI watch: In sales, we are naturally driven by our KPIs, and you will also keep a constant eye on them and thus contribute to plancraft's steady growth
Salary: The salary for this position is between €40,000 - €65,000 gross per year, depending on your previous experience. You will also receive an uncapped commission.
  • Degree in business administration, commercial training or comparable and initial experience in sales or start-up environment 
  • You are really keen to accompany the trade into the digital age with the help of plancraft
  • You enjoy sales and the daily contact with different people makes you happy
  • You believe that sales are not just based on numbers, but on real relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
  • Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting and strong communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team is your middle name
  • Experience in working with web applications #Cloud, especially CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and project management (Asana, Jira, Zendesk, ...)
  • German (very good) || English (conversational)
