Sales Operation Specialist

• Act as the communication window between the sales team and internal departments (logistics, finance, after-sales), tracking order status until vehicle delivery.
• Manage the customer database (CRM) to ensure accuracy and timely updates of information.
• Manage order-to-retail targets, prepare sales reports, conduct data analysis, and create presentation materials.
• Manage processes: quotation, domestic and international order procedures, contract review + filing processes, and procurement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not restricted
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; German language skills will be a plus
• 3+ years of relevant working experience, familiar with basic procurement and order processes
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-regional communication skills
• Positive working attitude, high patience, detail-oriented, team spirit, responsible and with strong executions
