About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

- Umsetzung der taggenauen Personaleinsatzplanung innerhalb der Schicht inklusive Pflege von betrieblichen Dokumenten

- Durchführung der Schichtübergabe (ordnungsgemäße Übergabe der Anlagen / Einhaltung der 5S Standards)

- Einweisung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Durchführung von Schulungen

- Bedienen der Produktionsanlage gemäß Betriebsanleitung, Meldung und Begleitung von Störungen, Abweichungen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Verordnungen und Anweisungen zu Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz

- Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Produktionsprozess

 Ihr Profil

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, sind Chemikant oder Industriemeister Chemie und dabei mind. 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.

Zudem bringen Sie Kenntnisse in mechanischer, chemischer und thermischer Verfahrenstechnik, Industrieofentechnik sowie Pulvermetallurgie mit und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen z.B. Wasserstoff.

Sie verfügen über einen Staplerführerschein, einen Kranschein und sprechen fließend Deutsch (C1).
