Arbeitsbeschreibung - SDR / Growth Associate

Our mission

Bounti is building the AI-native infrastructure layer for frontline teams — spanning training, audits, and autonomous operations. We partner with multi-location operators in frontline-industries such as hospitality.

If you’re looking for real ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and a clear path toward becoming an AE, Expansion Lead, or even stepping into GTM leadership — this is that opportunity.

What you'll do

Outbound Execution: Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Lead Qualification: Take ownership of both outbound and inbound qualification, spotting high-potential opportunities
Lead Generation & Research: Identify, analyze, and prioritize target accounts and relevant personas
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the founder to sharpen messaging and improve pipeline performance
CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data in HubSpot
Process Optimization: Share insights, experiment with new approaches, and continuously raise the bar on performance

Your profile

Outbound Confidence: Comfortable on the phone, thoughtful about messaging, and motivated by ambitious targets
Growth Mindset: Coachable, proactive, and eager to develop quickly. You’re ambitious, hungry to grow, and understand that sales is the foundation of every successful company
Language Skills: Fluent in German and confident in English

Rewarding compensation:
- €55,000 (Base) & €70,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings for qualified booked demos)
- €80,000 ALL-IN-OTE: Uncapped revenue commission (expected ~€10,000 at target performance)
