Senior Brand Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a brand expert with strong communication skills who, together with his team, will successfully manage the projects of our national and international customers, expand existing customer relationships and actively shape future brand success. • Strategic advice for national and international customers; from start-ups to large corporations
• Management of a team in collaboration with the creative lead
• Development of brand and design strategies
• Expansion of existing customer relationships
• Overall responsibility for timing, budgets, utilization and efficiency
• Presentation and moderation of workshops with and for customers
• Employee management and employee development

• A completed university degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within the corporate or agency sector
• In-depth expertise in branding and marketing
• Proficiency in leading and developing teams
• Empathy and negotiation skills
• Excellent moderation and presentation abilities in both German and English
• Enthusiasm and team spirit to tackle daily challenges successfully
