Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

You have a strategic and analytical mindset and enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and operations.
You can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.
You enjoy tackling a wide variety of topics - from Controlling and People initiatives to M&A projects and client impact analyses.
You are curious and hands-on, always looking for ways to improve processes and performance through data.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both in presentations and written reports.
You are proactive and structured, managing multiple topics independently and with attention to detail.
You bring a solution-oriented mindset and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You are motivated to work closely with the Founders and senior stakeholders on strategic and analytical topics.

What we require:

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, analytics, controlling, or consulting.
You demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills and are confident working with business and financial data.
You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
You have experience creating reports, dashboards, or business models for management.
You understand financial and operational KPIs and are able to translate data analyses into sound strategic recommendations.
You are fluent in German and English.
