Senior Consultant Fokus Automotive R&D (m/w/d)

• You accompany the top management of OEM’s or suppliers in the development of CTO related strategies, concepts and implementation of future-oriented solutions
• You work closely with the management of national and international consulting projects on strategic issues in the automotive industry
• You tackle topics such as corporate architecture, product & technology structure, R&D operating model (processes and organizational structure)

• You successfully completed a university degree in engineering
• You have several years of professional experience at a leading automotive OEM or supplier or in a renowned strategy consultancy with a focus on CTO business or R &D business unit.
• You have in-depth knowledge in the area of strategy development, organisational transformation, R&D operating model and OEM tech stack
• You are an independent worker with a strong analytical and solution-oriented mind-set and a hands-on mentality
• You tackle challenges with enthusiasm and have a talent for thinking outside the box
• You have the ability to take on responsibility in a world-class team of management consultants
• You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken) and are open to traveling (internationally) when need arises
