Do you have several years of experience as a Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors? You have already successfully implemented several SAP SuccessFactors projects? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management?

With us, you not only advise and support customers during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes, but also analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements. Your profile:

• Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects 


• Very good knowledge and certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding,...)


• Willingness to learn and curiosity


• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their training


• High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills


• Fluent German and good English skills 


• Moderate willingness to travel
