Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Consultant Technology & Engineering (w/m/d)

Together with us and our customers, you will develop complete systems (hardware and software) in the shipbuilding, aerospace and automotive sectors.
In close cooperation with our customers, you will develop an understanding of their challenges and develop solution strategies to turn potential into performance.
You will be involved in the development of new consulting models.
You will take full responsibility for a challenging client project and lead the project team.
You will drive the further development of the company, e.g. by further developing the digitalsalt backbone (feedback of knowledge, tools and methods from projects, new development of frameworks, tools and methods, etc.).
You contribute to corporate strategies in collaboration with managers, partners and the management.
You conduct training sessions for customers.
You act in a sales capacity within the scope of the customer order.

You have a degree (M.Sc., Diplom or Dr.) in computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study.
You are an experienced management consultant with a relevant track record or can draw on 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the industry.
You have already taken on initial entrepreneurial responsibility in your specific role(s).
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, structured work, teamwork and social competence.
You are highly customer-oriented and willing to travel (usually four days a week plus one team day in Lüneburg). Occasional trips abroad are also a welcome change for you.
You are not afraid of the unknown and love new challenges.

You will be given responsibility for a client and the management of a project team.
