Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Expert in Product Development (Electrical Engineering) (m/f/d) with creative ideas and a strategic mindset to join our "Chemical Reactors" team.

Analyzing and improving the electrical heater technology in the environment of the reactor (high temperature and high pressure) in terms of efficiency, performance, and reliability
Optimization of the complex measurement technology in and around the reactor
Design of wiring for high power currents with a focus on resilience and fail-safety
Enhancing the understanding of fault currents and their effects
Challenging and improving the methodology of the product development process to achieve efficient and high-quality results
Keep track of technology trends and developments to bring innovative ideas and ensure the competitiveness of our products
Mentoring and technical support to the development team to encourage their growth and development

Completed science or technical degree (electrical engineering or a comparable field)
Relevant professional experience in the field of "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM)
Ability to work in an highly structured manner and to set a positive example
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
