- Development of new flavours in lines with customer projects and proactive projects
- Responsible for the assigned tasks regarding adherence to briefing guidelines considering specified costs, legislation and deadlines to be kept
- Matching of competitor’s flavours
- Optimizing and adjustment of existing flavours for various applications (Cigarettes, Shisha, Nicotine pouches, E-Liquid etc.)
- Evaluation and utilization of analytical results including chromatography & sensory analyses
- Evaluation and introduction of new raw materials
- Handling of projects in close cooperation with Application, Sensory, Marketing, Sales and other specific departments
- Support of Key Account Managers (customer visits inland and abroad)
- Support of production regarding the implementation of flavours from laboratory measure into production measure
- Ensure proper Data Management
- Solve Laboratory and Production issues as they may occur during development or manufacturing
- Flavour portfolio management
- Solve flavour performance issue in their applications
