You develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective. Your main focus will be on paid channels.
You develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan mainly focusing on paid acquisition via various acquisition channels including digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media among others.
You identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
You improve and maintain our MarTech setup and create insightful reports addressing our key marketing KPIs.
You monitor and analyse performance and strategically adjust budgets based on data.
At least 3 years track-record in growth and marketing functions. Previous experience in consumer apps is preferred.
You are technically affluent and aware of current growth marketing tools and channels.
You have experience with mobile attribution.
You have excellent analytical skills and are data oriented.
You are a team player, and have a proactive mindset and a hands-on mentality.
Strong plus if you have experience/interest in the retail investing space.
You can speak and write English fluently.
