- Overall responsibility for the conceptual design and implementation of the convention segment of DSEI Germany in close coordination with executive management
- Development of an innovative setup that goes beyond a traditional conference and sets benchmarks in terms of format and content
- Development, structuring, and continuous optimisation of programme content, including adjustments throughout the planning and implementation process
- Identification of relevant topics, formats, and speaker profiles based on geopolitical, security, and defence policy developments
- Establishment, maintenance, and management of relationships with ministries, international organisations, national authorities, industry companies, and research institutions
- Acquisition, support, and coordination of high-level speakers and panel participants
- Close coordination with all stakeholders both in the lead-up to the event and during its execution
- Overall responsibility for the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of dynamic demonstrations of military equipment in close coordination with executive management
- Active contribution to the content-related and conceptual development
- Creation, maintenance, and implementation of a detailed project plan to ensure timely delivery
- Coordination of all participating organisations and partners, taking into account scheduling, security requirements, access regulations, and operational frameworks
- Close collaboration with Event Operations, Safety & Security teams, public authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Management of defined sub-projects in the areas of content, programme, and demonstrations
- Close collaboration with management, operations, safety & security, and other internal teams
- Ensuring the smooth on-site execution of all programme-related components
