Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Senior) Product Compliance Manager (all genders)

The (Senior) Product Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance and integrity of all food supplement products. This role involves detailed evaluation of product formulations, manufacturing processes, and laboratory tests, as well as ensuring that label claims are accurate. Working closely with the regulatory and quality departments, the manager will assess potential risks to ensure that all products are safe, effective, and comply with regulations.

Conduct thorough reviews of supplement formulations to ensure all products meet internal and external standards
Compare laboratory and manufacturing data against label claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure stable production and assess ingredient interactions within products
Interpret laboratory results to confirm product quality and safety requirements in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
Work closely with the Regulatory department to understand and implement relevant regulatory aspects.
Participate in change control processes and support the creation of product specifications
Engage in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance

Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field
You bring a min. of 5 years of experience in food supplement development, quality assurance, or manufacturing of solid dosage forms such as capsules, powders, and tablets
You have a strong understanding of HACCP / GMP production processes, along with familiarity with formulation science and ingredient interactions
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and pay strong attention to detail
Your strong suits are your interpersonal skills and effective communication in English and German; Polish is a plus
You are willing to occasionally travel to manufacturing sites
