In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and successful handover to our customers.
• Ensure project success by maintaining the highest quality standards while managing schedule and budget.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration.
• Proactively manage risks, lead change processes, and ensure claims are handled professionally.
• Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams.
• Stay on top of project progress, turn challenges into opportunities, and deliver clear and impactful decision-making insights.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A degree in Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a comparable role, with proven success in delivering results.
• Strong expertise in project planning, change and claim management, risk assessment, and project controlling.
• A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Flexibility, determination, and a positive attitude that motivates others.
• Fluent German & English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Background in the Aerospace industry
• Experience in Multi Project Management
