Your responsibilities

• You take full responsibility for the strategic and commercial leadership of key client accounts.
• You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level.
• You develop integrated communication and brand strategies in close collaboration with creative, strategy and other disciplines.
• You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases.
• You identify upselling and new business opportunities and actively drive their realization.
• You ensure the highest level of consulting quality and long‑term client satisfaction.
• You lead pitches, presentations and decision‑making processes on the client side.
• You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
• You act as a thought leader and driver of further development — strategically, professionally and culturally.
