Responsibilities
You lead project teams of 3-6 consultants and, together with them, manage central strategy and transformation projects.
You work independently with TSC partners and clients and actively shape program and project structures on the client side.
You develop, together with relevant stakeholders, clear target pictures, structure projects so that they can be implemented successfully, and create sustainable impact.
You define actionable strategies (Go-To-Market, Pricing, Business Models) and support their implementation pragmatically and effectively.
You continuously grow through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.
Profile
You bring leadership experience and four to five years of professional experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record in developing digital strategies and implementing transformation programs.
You have gained experience in innovation-related topics such as digital business models, customer experience, data-driven marketing, or developing and scaling new products/services.
You are familiar with the dynamics of modern markets and can translate trends into concrete strategic fields of action.
You understand how to use AI both as a practical tool for your work and as a driver of transformation initiatives.
You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1).
You work confidently with different stakeholders, including at senior level, and represent your positions clearly, soundly and persuasively.
You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.
