Senior XR Designer

As a Senior XR Designer at realworld one, you will play a key role in building a new category around one of the largest unmet opportunities in industrial enterprises: execution performance.

While organizations invest billions in systems that manage quality, operations, service, and business performance, no system today is designed to measure, improve, and manage execution itself. Reporting to the Director of Design and working closely with clients and cross-functional teams across Client Strategy & Value Creation, Solution Delivery, and Engineering, you will independently shape XR training experiences from discovery and concept framing through production support, translating complex operational workflows into intuitive immersive experiences that deliver measurable value for leading Life Sciences organizations.
