As HOLY grows from a D2C rocketship into a true omnichannel consumer brand, merchandise has become a key driver of campaign virality and customer loyalty — but our supplier base, quality processes and product data haven't yet scaled with that growth.
We're hiring a Senior Merchandise Sourcing Manager to own merchandise end-to-end: sourcing and negotiating campaign drops, building a long-term strategic supplier network for evergreen products, and putting scalable quality, compliance and product-data foundations in place.
You'll partner closely with Design, Campaign/Brand & Activations, and Finance to turn merchandise into a reliable, well-governed engine rather than a series of one-off projects. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build sourcing infrastructure from the ground up at one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands.
Responsibilities:- Merchandise for Campaigns, Events & Collaborations
Own end-to-end procurement for campaign, event and collaboration merchandise — from supplier selection and negotiation through production follow-up, MOQ and capacity management, to on-time delivery. Partner closely with Design and Campaigns to challenge specifications and translate ideas into feasible, manufacturable products, without owning the overall product concept or creative direction. - Strategic Supplier Portfolio
Build long-term strategic partnerships for evergreen products — continuously improving cost, quality and lead times — while taking a faster, more flexible approach with greater supplier optionality for campaign merchandise. Own framework agreements, contracts and NDAs, and build a preferred supplier portfolio and supplier guideline that scale across product categories. - Quality & Compliance Frameworks
Define quality standards and scalable QA processes — defect handling, root-cause analysis, and multi-country labeling and certification compliance — with Operational Procurement supporting day-to-day execution. Act as a key point of contact, together with Operational Procurement, for merchandise quality issues from CS, retail and customers. - Product Data & Cross-Functional Enablement
Own the merchandise product taxonomy, attributes and cross-sell relationships, feeding enriched product data to Design and Campaign/Activation teams; equip Finance with landed cost sheets and PO/commitment reporting, and support freight/forwarder decisions together with Operational Procurement to keep shipping costs and timelines on track. - Continuous Improvement
Build repeatable sourcing processes and supplier performance metrics that let merchandise scale with HOLY's international growth.
