Operational

• Shared responsibility for prompt and customer-oriented order processing and fulfillment
• Shared responsibility for providing successful and customer-oriented advice to our customers (factory sales, telephone advice, offline and online) 
• Targeted control and communication to ensure smooth customer care, in particular for resellers, food retailers, commercial agencies, Amazon and end customers
• Coordination with logistics to ensure the availability of goods and smooth and fast order processing 
• Interface between sales, logistics and marketing
• Joint responsibility for complaints processing in cooperation with logistics 
• Joint responsibility for the flawless provision of customs documents and the necessary documents for export 
• Close cooperation with scheduling/purchasing and accounting

Strategic

• Ensuring a short processing time in the context of accepting orders and the associated order processing
• Identifying and realizing digitization options for workflows to increase efficiency
• Regularly initiating and carrying out process analyses and developing solution concepts
• Improving the sales and procurement interfaces (B2B/B2C) to generate more effective workflows

Management tasks

• Joint responsibility for the employees and trainees in Customer Service
• Regular performance reviews
• Identification and realization of further training for the personal development of employees
• Regular coordination with the Head of Customer Success to ensure a smooth business process and to optimize internal communication/organization
• Joint responsibility for the execution of the factual invoice verification for incoming logistics invoices that are commissioned via Customer Service

Education

Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in the field of warehouse management and customer care 
• First management experience

Professional Skills

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the use, creation and maintenance of ERP systems, e.g. SAP
• Knowledge of processing service topics via ticket systems is desirable

Soft Skills

• High level of planning, management and control skills 
• Very good assertiveness 
• Strong communication skills and conflict resolution skills 
• Structured and self-driven way of thinking and working, coupled with a hands-on mentality and the will to drive things forward 
• Open, engaging manner and enjoy working in a team
