As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales & GTM, you will own the end-to-end recruiting engine for our commercial organisation. You will work directly with Thies Hansen (COO) to hire SDRs, AEs, and GTM talent across all European markets, operating out of our Berlin office.
This is not a supporting role inside a large TA team. You are the person responsible for the outcome. You will build the pipeline, run the outreach, manage the process, and close candidates. Alongside that, you will partner with our People & Culture Manager and work closely with the marketing team to strengthen autarc's employer brand specifically within the sales recruiting space.
You will:
- Own the full recruiting pipeline for all Sales & GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline management, offer
- Build our sales recruiting function from 0 to 1, starting with a high volume of SDR and AE hires across European markets
- Partner directly with Thies (COO) as the primary hiring stakeholder for all commercial roles
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies and outreach playbooks for sales profiles at all levels
- Work with our marketing team to drive employer brand initiatives specifically targeting sales talent
- Lay the groundwork for partnering with future international offices as we expand beyond Berlin
