Team Lead Milwaukee Marketing (w/m/d) Digital & Brand

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Leitung eines Teams innerhalb des Marketings für die Brand Milwaukee im operativem Tagesgeschäft & Vertretung des Marketing Directors bei Abwesenheit
• Umsetzung der Milwaukee-Markenstrategie über verschiedene Kanäle; hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Print & Digital inklusive Social Media
• Mitverantwortung für Event-Organisation wie Konferenzen, Messen
• Gestaltung und Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen für das Sales Team & weitere Stakeholder (bspw. Marketing Director, Geschäftsleitung etc.)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Milwaukee Product Marketing & dem Sales Team
• Sicherstellung CI-konformer Aktivitäten im allgemeinen Branding

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing; idealerweise spezifische Weiterbildungen im Digital Marketing oder Brand Marketing
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung und Track-Record im erfolgreichen Digital & Brand Marketing
• Intensive Berufserfahrung als fachlich & disziplinarisch verantwortliche Führungskraft; idealerweise im Umfeld von Werkzeugen, Elektrowerkzeugen oder technischen Produkten
• Exzellenter Umgang mit gängiger Marketing-Software & der MS Office Suite
• Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) essenziell
• Digitalkompetenz, Spaß an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten, Dynamik & Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
