Impossible Cloud High Potential (HiPo) Program

We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development, with the goal of preparing participants for advanced roles in cloud architecture.

• Guide the implementation of customer-specific projects: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client projects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Act as the central customer point of contact: Serve as the primary liaison for C-suite executives and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical support in the presales process: Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver technical insights during presales activities.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and partners: Ensure new customers and partners are effectively onboarded and supported throughout the process.
• Contribute to building a strategically aligned product portfolio: Help shape the product portfolio by staying informed on current and emerging market trends.

• You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
• Excellent in English and German communication style, both written and verbal.
• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field and you bring prior relevant work experience in cloud services or IT roles.
• You have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the center of cloud and deep tech.

• Comprehensive Training: Learn extensively with direct feedback from up to the founders, with the program designed to explore potential full-time employment following its completion.
• Mentorship and Development: Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and personalized coaching. You will have a senior leader directly assigned as your mentor to guide you throughout the program.
