Your task and responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspection and routine electrical performance testing like voltage, internal resistance, insulation resistance, etc. on returned defective battery products, including cells, modules, and battery packs


• Perform disassembly of defective battery products in accordance with safety regulations, work instructions, and SOPs while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)


• Accurately record test results and update data in the database system in a timely manner


• Assist in collecting and organizing test data to support failure analysis and quality investigation activitie


• Manage incoming and outgoing defective battery materials and ensure accurate inventory tracking


• Classify, label and store returned products properly according to product type and status


• Prepare materials for shipment, delivery, or pickup based on daily work plans


• Maintain proper storage conditions in compliance with safety and environmental requirements


• Follow SOP and 5S principles to maintain laboratory safety and organization


• Support general laboratory administrative tasks

Your talents and skills:

• Successfully completed vocational training, further training as a quality specialist, or possess substantial hands-on experience in battery testing and quality control


• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of battery systems


• Practical experience in warehouse management or inventory control is highly desirable


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to remain composed under pressure


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage
