Territory Manager DACH

We are looking for a driven Territory Manager to take ownership of our DACH, Nordics, and Eastern European markets. At Mechasys, we build an XR Projector that completely changes how construction layout gets done. To sell it, you need a strong background in building construction and geomatics.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the road 60–70% of the time, wearing a hard hat on job sites to demonstrate the tech, sitting down with contractors to close deals, and building up our regional dealer network. We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to put in the hard work required to build a market from the ground up. In return, we offer a highly aggressive compensation structure designed to incentivize representatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Direct Sales & Business Development

• Find, pitch, and close deals with general contractors, trade contractors, and layout service providers.
  


• Get out in the field and run hands-on, live demonstrations of the XR Projector in real job site conditions.
  


• Manage your own pipeline, keep track of your territory’s metrics, and hit revenue targets.

Dealer & Market Expansion

• Train and support our existing dealers. Go on joint visits with them to help close their bigger deals.
  Identify and onboard new dealer partners across the territory.
  


• Be the face of Mechasys at regional industry trade shows and dealer events.
  Keep a pulse on what the competition is doing and tell us what the market actually needs.

Technical Support & Field Expertise

• Know the XR Projector hardware and software inside out so you can confidently set it up and troubleshoot on the fly.
  


• Train customers and partners on how to integrate the projector into their daily workflows.
  


• Listen to the people using our tools in the field and bring their feedback directly to our product and engineering teams.
  
  

What You Need to Bring

• 10+ years of technical sales experience, specifically in building construction, geomatics, field surveying, or construction tech.
  


• A real understanding of construction workflows, layout procedures, and standard surveying instruments (like total stations and laser scanners).
  


• A massive amount of motivation. You need to be comfortable working autonomously and treating your territory like your own business.
  


• Fluent English is required. If you speak German or a Nordic/Eastern European language, that is a major advantage.
  


• You must be based in the target region (e.g., Germany or Scandinavia) with a valid driver’s license, a passport, and the willingness to travel 60–70% of the time.
