Arbeitsbeschreibung - UK Sales Manager (m/f/d)

**Please note that we are currently looking to fill this role in our Berlin office and do not support a hybrid or remote set-up.

Superchat is the most comprehensive messaging-suite for small and medium-sized businesses. Using our platform, businesses of all sizes can connect with customers via any channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and many more) and send out payment requests, collect reviews and sell products in a modern and convenient way.


Superchat raised over $19 million in capital from leading Venture Capital funds Blossom Capital and 468 Capital as well as angel investors including the founders of Trivago, Lieferando and Lovoo.


Your responsibilities:



  • You help us sell into the UK market from our office in Berlin.

  • You reach out to prospects to close new customers.

  • You help up understand the differences of our customer ICP in the UK vs. Germany, and thus continuously refine our messaging and product.

  • You refine our sales and customer success play books to adopt our scripts and processes to the UK market.


Your profile:



  • You have prior experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to SMEs or mid-market customers.

  • You are entrepreneurial and love testing growth hacks and developing processes.

  • You like getting your hands dirty and working operationally.
