We are looking for a senior executive to take full ownership of our global Professional Services organization. In this role, you will shape and scale a high-impact consulting and solution engineering function that directly drives revenue growth, customer success, and long-term strategic differentiation.
You will act as a key member of the leadership ecosystem, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales through delivery.
As Vice President Professional Services, you will define and execute the global services strategy and transform Professional Services into a scalable, high-performing growth engine.
You will:
- Own global Professional Services performance, including revenue , profitability, margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute a future-proof PS strategy, aligned with overall company growth targets and market expansion.
- Scale and evolve the organization globally, ensuring the right structure, capabilities, and operating model to support continued growth.
- Drive commercial excellence, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and strong collaboration with Sales to accelerate deal closure and expansion.
- Build strong executive-level customer relationships, ensuring high retention, expansion, and long-term value realization.
- Lead and inspire a global leadership team, fostering a performance-driven, accountable, and inclusive culture.
- Establish operational excellence, leveraging data, KPIs, and best practices to continuously optimize delivery quality and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor internally, representing Professional Services interests at executive level and influencing company-wide decision-making.
