Arbeitsbeschreibung - Vice President Tech Delivery & Digital Experience Platform (m/f/d)

  • You will take over the strategic leadership and further development of Tech Delivery with a focus on digital experience platforms (e.g. Ibexa, Sitecore) and e-commerce (e.g. Shopify, Magento) together with our management.
  • You are responsible for customer acquisition, staffing, project prioritization, project execution, success and profitability as well as customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of tech projects, define the appropriate e-commerce strategy together with the customer, define requirements and ensure the smooth implementation of customer projects.
  • You have extensive expertise in web development and commerce and are also familiar with CMS and CSM (e.g. Sitecore).
  • You drive the further development of internal know-how (thought leadership) and the development of external partnerships.
  • You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
  • You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.
  • You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.
  • You represent OMMAX and the Tech Team at events, trade fairs and universities.
  • You work together with the People & Culture team on the further development of the Tech Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
  • You hold a university degree with excellent grades in computer science, business administration, economics or a related subject.
  • You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the tech sector with expertise at both strategic and operational level, ideally in a consultancy or agency.
  • You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of the tech and/or commerce landscape as well as the latest tools and current trends in the digital field.
  • You have proven experience and excellent team coordination, leadership and project management skills.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of personal responsibility and passion for your work.
  • You are fluent in English.
