The role

As a Warehouse Clerk within our Logistics team, you will keep the physical backbone of Helsing's operations running smoothly. You will handle the flow of goods into, through and out of our warehouse, ensuring that every delivery is inspected, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. Working closely with colleagues across shipping, logistics and adjacent departments, you will help guarantee that critical hardware reaches its destination when it is needed. Your attention to detail, sense of ownership and willingness to coordinate proactively across teams will directly support Helsing's mission by enabling our engineers and programme teams to deliver capability to those who protect our democracies 

The day-to-day

  Carry out incoming and outgoing goods inspections, verifying quantities, quality and documentation for every delivery

  Pack, label and prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring they meet handling and transport requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Store goods systematically and maintain accurate stock placement to enable fast, error-free retrieval

  
  


• 
  

  Process orders reliably and on schedule, coordinating proactively with other departments to safeguard on-time dispatch

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain order, cleanliness and safety standards across the warehouse area

  
  

You should apply if you

• 
  

  Have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage and dispatch preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Work accurately and reliably when processing orders against tight deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate effectively with colleagues across logistics, shipping and neighbouring teams

  
  


• 
  

  Are physically able to handle the demands of warehouse work, including lifting and prolonged movement

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate fluently in German and English, in writing and in person

  Hold a valid forklift licence and are comfortable operating warehouse equipment
