Program Overview:
The Automotive Mechatronics Engineer – Ausbildung Program is a structured vocational training pathway designed for young Indian
candidates seeking internationally recognized qualifications and long-term
careers in Germany’s
world-leading automotive industry.
Delivered under Germany’s Duale Ausbildung (dual vocational training) system,
the program integrates theoretical learning at vocational schools (Berufsschule) with paid,
hands-on training at authorized service centers, dealerships,
and OEM-certified workshops.
Participants develop in-depth expertise across automotive
mechanics, electronics, diagnostics, and embedded vehicle systems,
preparing them for employment in Germany’s rapidly evolving mobility ecosystem.

During the Ausbildung, candidates will gain practical and
technical skills in:
· Vehicle diagnostics and fault

standards, and quality control
· Education: Minimum 12 years of formal

o Telc
o ÃSD
· German Language Certificate (B1)
· Class 12 Certificate (mandatory)

· Qualification agreement (as per
Ausbildung framework)
· School leaving certificate
· Monthly stipend paid by the German
employer throughout the training period
