Key Responsibilities

• Administer the time and attendance system, including the processing and follow-up of sickness notifications and medical certificates


• Coordinate the distribution and reconciliation of employee benefit vouchers (Pluxee)


• Maintain and issue employee access cards


• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, including sick leave, overtime, and workforce statistics


• Create employment-related documents and certificates


• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR master data


• Independently lead and support HR projects, such as process optimization and digitalization initiatives


• Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR Planning & Operations team across a broad range of HR activities


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a recognized university in Germany


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel


• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken


• German language skills are advantageous; Korean language skills are a strong plus


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion


• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
