Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern Business Development (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You support our Business Development team, working closely with our founding team, in preparing strategic materials and executing business development initiatives.
You support in conducting market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant industry developments.
You help identify potential business opportunities through desk research, prospecting support, and by contributing to lead-generation activities.
You collaborate with different teams to help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
You support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by assisting in communication and preparation work.
You help track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and support management reporting on progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.

What we require:

You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and achieve very good academic results (Master’s degree preferred).
You have initial practical experience through internships or student projects in consulting, business development, sales, or similar areas.
You bring curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, market dynamics, and digital business strategies.
You stand out through strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a team.
You work in a proactive and well-organized manner and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate a solution-oriented, reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
You are fluent in German and English.
