Intern Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process for permanent roles, internships, and working student positions, including screening, scheduling, and offer communication

Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, premium experience throughout every touchpoint

Help identify process improvements and evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to optimise talent acquisition workflows, boosting overall speed, quality, and recruitment efficiency

Assist in driving employer branding efforts across our channels, contributing ideas and content to help Westwing stand out to top talent

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and your stakeholders to support strategic hiring initiatives, including projects, reporting, and ad hoc requests as needed

Ongoing studies or a recently completed degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

First experience through internships or student jobs in talent acquisition and/or employer branding, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Experience with or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and workflows

A highly organised, structured working style and ability to prioritise tasks

Proactive communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Fluency in English and German
