Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern / Working Student HR Strategy (m/f/d)

You collaborate with other teams to develop operational and strategic solutions for our clients.
You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation and derive recommendations for action.
You support our Chief People Officer in sales activities and create slide decks for pitch presentations.
You work independently and are responsible for and drive your own sub-projects.
You contribute your own ideas and projects.

You are currently studying for a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus).
You have gained basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
You have excellent PowerPoint, as well as good Excel skills.
You are a strong analytical thinker with precise and structured communication skills.
You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development.
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and in an international environment.
You are fluent in English and German.
