Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern / Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You support the internal IT support team in day-to-day operations.
You contribute to exciting IT processes and independently take on smaller projects.
You work closely with the entire IT team.
You assist users across all locations and provide support with IT-related questions.
You support the administration of servers, telephone systems, and access control systems.
You assist with basic incident and problem analysis, escalate issues where necessary, and resolve them under guidance.
You maintain and manage company-wide email distribution lists.
You support the setup and configuration of new workstations.

What we require:

You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
You have ideally gained initial practical experience through internships or working student positions.
You possess very strong knowledge of Windows environments (particularly Windows 10 and Windows Server) and are confident in working with Microsoft applications and services.
You bring solid hardware expertise, including experience with laptops, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.
You demonstrate a strong technical affinity combined with solid analytical and communication skills.
You work in a service-oriented and team-oriented manner and take pride in your work.
You handle sensitive data responsibly and with a high level of diligence.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
