Internship - Project Purchasing (d/m/w)

General Information 

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from April 1, 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation/data analysing of various parts lists


• Creating and revision of databases (PBI, Microsoft…)


• Supporting in drawing up confidentiality agreements


• Creating of reports/presentations for Purchasing Department


• Coordinating with project buyers to update database


• Creatiing of diagrams for management reporting


• Supporting with general purchasing topics

Your Qualifications

• Studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Admnistration or a comparable field


• Proficient in MS Office Programs


• Basic knowledge in Power BI, programming (Python)


• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English


• The ability to work independently under pressure and with tight deadlines


• Culture of personal responsibility


• Good organizational skills and capacity to prioritize tasks
