Arbeitsbeschreibung - OMMAXperience - Digital Gap Year Program (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You are ready to join a 9-month gap year program with the opportunity to rotate across three different teams.
  • You gain comprehensive insights into our expert consulting teams, strategy consulting units, and internal functions, developing into a true OMMAX all-rounder.
  • You strengthen your capabilities by contributing to cross-industry projects while continuously expanding your digital and strategic skill set.
  • You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and drive your own sub-projects forward.
  • You broaden your perspective, collaborate with experienced professionals, and learn directly from digital leaders.

What we require:

  • You demonstrate outstanding academic performance and are currently completing your Bachelor’s degree or pursuing your Master’s degree.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital topics and technology-driven environments.
  • You ideally have gained initial hands-on experience in consulting, strategy departments, or business development.
  • You possess excellent PowerPoint skills, solid Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
  • You communicate in a precise and structured manner.
  • You enjoy taking on challenges and are eager to continuously develop both personally and professionally.
  • You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams within an international environment.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
