Arbeitsbeschreibung - OMMAXperience - Digital Gap Year Program (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You are ready to join a 9-month gap year program with the opportunity to rotate across three different teams.
You gain comprehensive insights into our expert consulting teams, strategy consulting units, and internal functions, developing into a true OMMAX all-rounder.
You strengthen your capabilities by contributing to cross-industry projects while continuously expanding your digital and strategic skill set.
You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and drive your own sub-projects forward.
You broaden your perspective, collaborate with experienced professionals, and learn directly from digital leaders.

What we require:

You demonstrate outstanding academic performance and are currently completing your Bachelor’s degree or pursuing your Master’s degree.
You have a strong affinity for digital topics and technology-driven environments.
You ideally have gained initial hands-on experience in consulting, strategy departments, or business development.
You possess excellent PowerPoint skills, solid Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
You communicate in a precise and structured manner.
You enjoy taking on challenges and are eager to continuously develop both personally and professionally.
You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams within an international environment.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
