Praktikant Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy m/w/d

As an Intern Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy, you will work closely with our management team to provide administrative and project support. You will be responsible for supporting the team in day-to-day operations, performing various administrative tasks, and helping to coordinate project activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in such areas as Business Development, Sales and Operations Strategy.
We are looking for motivated interns for the position of Intern Executive Assistant in Operations Strategy (m/f/d) and look forward to exciting applications.

• You will be responsible for providing support to the management team on various strategic topics related to Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations.
• You will actively assist our Customer Success Team and support them in various customer-related areas. Likewise, you should be willing to visit our customers with the team, if necessary, and bring the necessary flexibility to appreciate the opportunity to gain deep insights into the workflows of our customers on site.
• You will also be responsible for assisting with project planning and execution, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status. Your responsibilities will also include research and analysis to assist the management team in the decision-making processes.
• In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables. You will also be responsible for preparing client workshops, analyzing workshop data, and preparing pitch decks.

• Having a certain affinity for tech-related topics would be great, and fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A requirement for this position is that applicants must be enrolled as a student at a university or college.
