Internship Business Development Foursource Prime (m/f/d)

To pursue our growth and market strategy, we are looking for an Intern Global Business Development (m/f/d) in our Hamburg office. You will directly support customer onboarding and account management, helping us track and improve the sourcing journey for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Support intake and qualification of inbound sourcing requests across accounts, from initial project setup to spec completeness and data entry
• Manage the pipeline from inquiry to order for smaller accounts — flagging delays or drop-offs and feeding learnings back to management
• Follow up with buyers and suppliers during sampling and pricing stages to prevent stalled projects
• Support onboarding of new platform customers, ensuring smooth first-use experience and early activation
• Support structured data collection (factories, pricing benchmarks, lead times) to improve sourcing accuracy over time
• Assist in preparing account-specific materials (buyer decks, pricing comparisons)
• Take over ad-hoc research (target verticals, competitor benchmarking, factory sourcing options)

You come with:

• Ideally finished bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, communication, or textile
• Outgoing and extremely engaging personality
• Good project management skills with a "hands-on" approach
• Comfortable working with structured data and tracking tools (Excel/CRM-level, no coding required)
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally experience in digital solutions, fashion, or sourcing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
