Student Assistant - Sustainability Certification

• You will review certification documents and update the internal certification database 
• You will help standardize and optimise the internal processes for registration and certificate data management and support associated testing
• You will communicate with business partners in German and English language via email and telephone
• You will help System Users and Certification Bodies familiarize with the ISCC HUB database where System User registration data and certification documents are saved
• Occasionally, you will support research activities for ongoing projects, including topics like biofuels, land-use change, deforestation, impact assessment, etc.
• Occasionally, you will support the preparation for events and webinars

• Enrolled student in the area of circular economy, renewable energy, chemistry, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics or another related field with availability of at least one year (preferably longer) and 15-20 hours per week.
• Professional experience in high-level customer support, or similar 
• General IT proficiency and very good working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent language skills in English (at least C1) and German (B1) both written and spoken, additional language skills will be of advantage 
• Excellent eye for detail, ability to understand and explain complex issues in simple terms and to prepare professional presentations according to target group
• Service-oriented thinking and excellent communication and networking capability, especially in international environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with an independent working and style pragmatic and hands-on attitude
