These are your tasks

• Filing & naming: Save incoming documents with consistent file names, versioning logic, and metadata (supplier/CMO, site, product family, packaging component, date, validity period)


• Categorization: Classify documents by PPWR evidence type (e.g., heavy metals, PFAS where applicable, material composition/specification, technical file elements, change control) and link them to the relevant SKU/product family


• Completeness checks: Validate that documents are signed (where required), dated, legible, and include the expected minimum information (scope, products/packaging covered, supplier legal entity, statement language, reference to relevant PPWR requirements where provided)


• Gap management: Maintain a gap list and follow up with responsible stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Quality, sites, or program members) for missing or unclear documents


• Retrieval support: Provide rapid retrieval of evidence sets for internal reviews, audits, legal review cycles, and CMO communication rounds


• Quality hygiene: Identify duplicates, outdated versions, incomplete scans, and inconsistencies (e.g., mismatched supplier name/address) and coordinate clean-up


• Confidentiality: Handle supplier documents appropriately and ensure access rights are aligned with internal rules

What you bring with you

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in packaging engineering, sustainability management, life sciences, quality management, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field


• Strong background in the natural sciences


• Strong attention to detail; ability to work precisely with versions, dates, and document scopes


• Structured working style and good understanding of document management principles


• Good written English (documents and templates are typically bilingual or English)


• Confident with Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint, Excel, Word); ability to maintain lists and basic trackers


• Reliability and discretion when handling confidential supplier documentation


• First experience with regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, food supplements) and/or supplier documentation


• Basic understanding of packaging materials (paper/board, plastics, glass, aluminium) and typical supplier certificates


• Experience with SharePoint structures, permissions, and document libraries


• Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or packaging regulation topics
