Arbeitsbeschreibung - Student trainee Customer Support (m/f/d)

You are in the middle of your studies and would like to strengthen our team in Customer Support (m/f/d) as a student trainee?


Weekly working hours approx. 20 hours.


  • Processing support requests from end customers (1st level support)

  • Documentation of support requests

  • Logging of communication processes

  • Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution


  • High level of service-oriented communication skills

  • Affinity with the product bicycle

  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

  • Technical expertise is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a team

  • A good command of English and German
