Deine Rolle bei uns:
Bei The Hoffman Agency unterstützt du spannende Projekte aus der High-Tech-Branche und lernst, wie wirkungsvolle Kommunikationsstrategien entwickelt und umgesetzt werden. Dabei bist du ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres Teams und sammelst praktische Erfahrungen, die dich beruflich und persönlich weiterbringen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kommunikationskampagnen und -projekten.


• Verfassen von Artikeln und Social-Media-Inhalten (für Kund:innen und unsere Agentur).


• Organisation und Durchführung von Events, Briefings und Kundenterminen.


• Pflege und Aufbau von Journalistenkontakten sowie Unterstützung bei der Medienarbeit.


• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit an kleineren Projekten wie Reportings, Recherchen und Presseunterlagen.


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Münchner Team, den remote arbeitenden deutschen Kolleg:innen und internationalen Büros.

Was du mitbringst:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Kommunikation, PR, Journalismus, Marketing oder Wirtschaft).


• Du hast Freude am Schreiben und Lust, dich in neue Technologien und Themen einzuarbeiten. (Erste Erfahrungen, z. B. durch Blogs oder Praktika, sind von Vorteil.)


• Du möchtest globale Zusammenhänge verstehen und interkulturelle Erfahrungen sammeln.


• Kreativität, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken.


• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

The Plot Thickens: Job Description

At The Hoffman Agency, you will gain hands-on experience in communication and public relations, supporting exciting projects in high-tech industries. You will learn how to craft impactful communication strategies and work as part of a collaborative, international team that values creativity and innovation.

You will:

• Support the execution of communication campaigns and projects.


• Write and edit articles and social media content (for clients and our agency).


• Assist in organizing and conducting events, briefings, and client meetings.


• Build and maintain journalist contacts and support media relations.


• Take ownership of smaller projects such as reporting, research, and preparing press materials.


• Collaborate closely with our Munich team, remote colleagues in Germany, and international offices.
  
  

The Hero’s Background: Qualifications

Ideally you have:

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or business).


• A passion for writing and exploring new technologies and topics. (Previous experience through blogs, academic projects, or internships is a plus.)


• Curiosity to understand global dynamics and experience intercultural collaboration.


• Creativity, organizational skills, and a structured way of working.


• Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.

The Office

Our office is located centrally in Munich; and we are open to flexible working models. But we enjoy meeting up at least 2 days a week in the office to share and learn from each other.
