This position is based on-site in Darmstadt.

Your Role

• Support the procurement team in day-to-day operational sourcing activities


• Prepare, compare and evaluate supplier quotations


• Maintain, update and analyze sourcing, supplier and master data


• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders across departments


• Assist in supplier evaluation, performance tracking and supplier management processes


• Contribute to tenders, procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives

 
Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain Management


• Strong interest in technical products, procurement and supplier management


• Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented working style


• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel


• Very good written and spoken German and English skills


• Team-oriented, proactive and reliable with a hands-on attitude
